Getting ready. . . . .

It's almost time - the kids are super excited about seeing their Grandmas and Grandpas, and have been practicing their cutest "Mommy and Daddy said no, but maybe you'll say yes" smiles.    :)
3 kids in 1 picture!!  Wow  :)

Awwww. . . . . sweet sisters!

I Love my Daddy!!

Children's Museum

Last week we spent a great day at the Everett Children's Museum with some friends.  Michael and Hannah had a blast running around and exploring all there was to see and do (and there is a LOT to see and do there!!) while Meghan hung out in the Moby wrap and snuggled with Mommy all day (which is why we have no pictures of her there).  The day was fantastic and we all had fun - so much fun that Michael and Hannah both decided that they didn't want to leave!

Michael the bus driver

Michael the farmer

Michael the train conductor. . . . he really likes vehicles  :)

Hannah had to check out the trains, too

Michael found the water table - and didn't get soaking wet!!!

Riding a sheep

She got right in and started milking the cow

Fire Fighter Hannah

Or maybe archeology is in her future. . . . . .

Hannah - behind the wheel and loving it!

Michael wasn't so sure about his big sister's driving skills. . . .

A girl after her mommy's heart - playing the marimba!   :)

Michael thought the steel drums looked like more fun!

He didn't want to dig for bones, but the big skeleton sure was fun to examine!

2 Months Old

Meghan is 2 months old already, and changing more every day!  She can smile and giggle now, which is so adorable  :)  And she is growing wa-ay to fast (she's already left her 3 months clothes in the dust!).  Hannah and Michael love their sweet baby sister, and it is precious listening to them read her stories, sing songs to her, and give her hugs and kisses  :)  Meghan loves to be cuddled and snuggled, so she is thriving on all of their attention!  And for the latest picture of our littlest blessing:

Where did May go?

May has come and gone in a rush of springtime fun and end of the school year activities!  We started with Mother's Tea at Hannah's preschool (and I was blessed the rest for the month by having Hannah tell me "Happy Mother's Day!  I love you, Mommy!!").  We spent a lot of time in the backyard and at the park, and we ended the month with Bike Day and a family picnic for preschool.

Hannah with her buddies Makayla and Jack, having fun at Bike Day

Showing off her rainbow face paint

Check out the decorated bike!!  :)

There's something to be said for peer pressure. . . . Hannah doesn't often ride her bike (she doesn't like to pedal), but she went around a few times after seeing her friends at it all morning!

Meghan, all dressed up for spring  :)

Digging and throwing rocks at the beach  :)

Michael didn't want to walk in the wet sand, but he was happy to go anywhere Daddy would carry him!

Looking for sand dollars and sea shells

Hannah and Daddy went on a shell hunting expedition

We stopped at the C shop on our way home, and the kids thought it was fantastic that they got to have ice cream BEFORE lunch  :)

No, he's not potty trained - but Michael LOVES running around in his big boy underwear. . .  add the rain boots, and I couldn't resist taking a couple of pictures  :)

Michael loves his baby sister  :)  Meghan gets LOTS of hugs and kisses from both Hannah and Michael!
